It seems that a recent Personal Order in Helldivers 2 has broken down entirely. It asks players to "Kill 5," but gives no more explanation as to what they should be killing, where they should be killing it, what weapons or strategies to use, or anything else.
Although Super Earth has been ambiguous in the past, perhaps encouraging more people to register as Helldivers, it seems that this Personal Order is a glitch. Fortunately, despite the current Major Order driving us all into absolutely incorrect area, participants on the Helldivers 2 subreddit soon worked out how to accomplish the Personal Order. Although it's unclear what went wrong in this case, at least it's over and done with for everyone.
Helldivers 2 's present Personal Order is very confusing. In Helldivers 2, players discovered that they really needed to kill five Automaton Hulks in order to fulfill the Personal Order to "Kill 5." While you're attempting to accomplish goals, these massive adversaries try to burn you on fire and generally make life extremely uncomfortable.First to clarify it was user notlimahc. Indeed, Automatons says helldivers.io. Edit: Hulks is the one. I put this to the test by joining a mission and searching for these enormous machines. After successfully eliminating two in a mission, the Personal Order was indeed changed on my ship. It's fascinating that we get this Personal Order in the midst of a Terminid world invasion because, well, we wouldn't even unintentionally finish it without researching it, unlike other players who have done so, since it forces us to concentrate on a different group entirely. It's interesting to note that this has occurred before in Helldivers 2. About a month ago, the identical Personal Order was posted, and it was flawed just as it is today. Emia_Kiritsugu, the user, recalls this well. "They just replaced the same PO with something different when it was discovered to be malfunctioning around a month ago. They must not have bothered to repair it.Although it would be preferable if the game's Personal Orders provided guidance on what to do, user DBZpanda suggested a brilliant method Arrowhead Game Studios may approach this. "It seems like it could be amusing if they issued a personal directive to "kill 5 Helldivers" and then broadcast that the automatons had breached our systems."Up till now in Helldivers 2, we've had Terminids forming a supercolony because of a pesticide we sprayed all over them, and Automatons preparing a full-scale attack on Super Earth. Seeing the Automatons breach our system to thwart our efforts in the Second Galactic War would not be shocking or improbable.
