Dragonriding glyphs reappear in The War Within, although they go under a new name: Skyriding Glyphs. These were necessary in Dragonflight in order to be able to unlock various abilities for riding a dragon. But most flying mounts can now soar as dragons can in The War Within, hence dragonriding is now Skyriding.
What does this entail for the glyphs, though? As of the now, Skyriding Glyphs exist exclusively for accomplishments. It doesn't seem like they've added any new skills to the beta version yet. For new players, these could qualify as Dragonriding glyphs; otherwise, talents are account-wide. Nevertheless, the locations of each are shown below, categorized by zone and accompanied by maps and descriptions.
