It's difficult to be someone whose basis has been video games in their quest for purpose in life. I could have selected a lot worse interest, but I could just as easily have chosen a passion that would be acceptable in everyday discourse. Rather, nobody I encounter can relate to me. Being superior than everyone is a lonely feeling.
I can relate to Elation for the WonderBox 6000. Sadly. This strange game revolves on loving something so much that it becomes the main cause of your estrangement from other people.

The game begins with a text crawl reminiscent to Doom introducing you to the WonderBox 6000, a game so extraordinary that the protagonist claims it is the pinnacle of video game art. that art wouldn't have perished if only more people had played and understood it. The protagonist wants to find this misplaced artifact.
It turns out that the protagonist is sharing this initial exposition online. They get death threats and a permanent ban from the forum they have selected as a result of the concentrated, strong ideas that they have expressed. Everybody has been there.
After then, you're free to investigate the protagonist's life's debris. To find out more about anything, click on it after moving your cursor over it to see what's interactive. This leads you to the conclusion that society has persisted in its efforts to perfect the endorphin supply, which explains in part why no one can recall anything as brilliant as Elation for the WonderBox 6000. The masses have been disoriented as a result of easier access to simpler stimulus.
It's hard to say if Elation for the WonderBox 6000 is parodying or attempting to explain the often repeated narrative about how things were better in the past. or both. Why not choose to be on top of all other viewpoints?
