Usually, Baizhu is used as an off-field assistance. His Skill provides considerable healing for the whole squad, although it takes a few seconds to start working. You seldom ever need to recharge your energy over 180% while utilizing one of these weapons.Your best bet, other from Energy Recharge, is to go with HP.
