Maybe after navigating to that area of the map, you've seen that islands are concealed by clouds.Because Link is blind and cannot see more than ten feet ahead of him, navigating these islands presents a significant risk. Charged Trousers location: Secrets of the Ring Ruins

The ruins are located at (0968, -2801, 0007) with coordinates.After you've obtained all three pieces, go down the route directly across from the ruins. By doing this, you will find the altar in the Zonai Ruins. But along the road, you'll have to battle some foes. Three Lizalfos will be hidden in a clearing along the road that you will eventually reach. Beyond these, tucked up along the stone wall, is another pair of ruins. These are (0686, -2743, 00014) as their coordinates. Put on the full Charged Armor set and remove a Zonai Charge before entering. After placing the Zonai Charge on the rear altar, see the cutscene that appears as Thunderhead Isles are freed from the storm. This allows you to see well and visit the Thunderhead Isles and Dragonhead Island! View the Thunder Isle map by navigating between the views on your SkyView map.You will cross paths with Calip and Tauro once again, completing the primary mission of Secrets of the Ring Ruins.
