After a very long wait, the much anticipated Build 42 update for Project Zomboid seems to be finally arriving. Build 42 will launch in 2024, as the developer The Indie Stone has now formally revealed on Twitter.

It is impossible to exaggerate the significance of Build 42 of Project Zomboid. Build 41, the enduring independent zombie simulator, with its most recent significant update released in December 2021.
