Venti may be constructed with full Elemental Mastery (EM) or full CRIT as an off-field DPS.
EM Venti is a little bit simpler to construct since all you actually need is the EM major numbers on your artifacts along with a couple rolls of the ATK% and Energy Recharge substats. It uses swirls to provide excellent damage in AoE, but at the expense of Venti's raw anemo damage. The standard recommendation is to use EM Venti unless you want to hyper-invest in him.CRIT Venti prioritizes pure Anemo damage above Swirl damage. Higher and more reliable single-target damage is the outcome, while AoE damage is somewhat reduced. More artifact investment, or Constellations, are required for CRIT. Overall damage from Venti and EM Venti are similar, but CRIT Venti utilizes external ATK and DMG boosts more effectively.The standout item of Venti's kit is his Burst.
