Cubone is among the saddest babies on the list. At first, it seems very brutal, using a bone as a weapon and donning its mother's skull as a helmet. It's also known as the "lonely Pokémon," and if that doesn't make you want to give it a hug, I don't know what will. It can also cry easily.

Pikachu is well-known for a reason. This lightning mouse has the cutest tiny feet, a charming appearance, and a clear sense of humor. Additionally, there's something very unique about a cuddly, wide-eyed teddy bear with limits. You will regret trying to cuddle a Pikachu before it is ready.

A cute and energetic rock dog named Rockruff is eager to play. You can tell that it is joyful by the way it prances when walking. Rockruff seems kind and kind with its curled ears and fluffy tail, but its propensity of biting and playing rock chicken exposes its savage side. With its meowing voice and penchant to take pleasure in gently teasing others, it has a rather feline appearance.
