How excellent are the banners for Genshin Impact right now?
Disclaimer: No 4-star character or weapon is deserving of sympathy. If you are not willing to pull many 5-stars along the road, then don't pull for a single 4-star. The banner for the weapon is much more punitive than the banner for the characters. If you don't mind getting at least one of each highlighted weapon, don't pull.
Navia: How nice is it?
A potent Geo DPS unit is Navia. She may be used mostly as an on-field player, although you can switch to a quickswap playstyle by not employing her Normal Attacks. Navia encourages teams to bring colleagues that enable Crystallize and scales with ATK. Ensure that you have at least one strong off-field character with the ability to use Hydro, Cryo, Electro, or Pyro. Navia might be a useful addition to your squad if you like her playstyle and have compatible teammates.
Nilou's quality:
Nilou has great hydropower. When using just Hydro and Dendro characters in your squad, Nilou enhances the standard Bloom response to an extent that it can compete with Hyperbloom. Nilou is very powerful if you can deal with the stringent two-element limitation. Make sure that at least one of her colleagues is a healer and bring two Dendro and one Hydro character for her squad.
4-Star Symbols
Geo DPS Ningguang has four stars. Although she is an older character, her damage is adequate for a 4-star, but other Geo characters have mostly outperformed her in terms of DPS. She is still a decent quickswap Geo support if your team needs a second Geo character. Building Ningguang should only be done if you have some Constellations at all, in my opinion.A 4-star Dendro DPS, Kaveh is. He may be used as a 4-star substitute for Nilou since he somewhat enhances Bloom's reflexes. I find it difficult to suggest pulling for him for meta reasons, however, since he isn't that powerful. Who knows when we'll see Kaveh again, however, given it has been more than a year since he was highlighted in a banner.Kirara is a four-star shielder from Dendro. She can produce a rather powerful Dendro shield, which is helpful for Nilou teams or any other team that needs a shielder. The main thing going against her is her lack of off-field Dendro application. She can use her skill to apply Dendro on-field successfully, but while she's in her cat-box form, she can't utilize Normal Attacks. Even though Kirara isn't very powerful in the meta, she's still a useful character.
5-Star Impact Weapons for Genshin
Though Navia has several other weapons at her disposal, her greatest weapon is judgment. Most notably, Serpent Spine—especially with Refinements—is an excellent 4-star choice for Navia. It may make more sense, depending on your finances, to invest $10–50 on the Battle Pass rather than taking a chance on the weapon banner. The finest weapon for Nilou is the Key of Khaj-Nisut. There are very few HP Swords in Genshin Impact, yet Nilou is quite content with any weapon that has an HP stat. The Dockhand's Assistant is the only 4-star HP Sword available solely on weapon banners. Use any EM or Energy Recharge Sword you have if you don't have access to an HP Sword. Key of Khaj-Nisut is enticing since Nilou doesn't have many excellent weapons, but resist the need to spend more money than you're willing to.
4-Star Impact Weapons for Genshin
The 4-star weapons are decent, with the exception of The Bell and Eye of Perception. Characters with Normal Attacking Bows, such as Childe or Yoimiya, may benefit from Rust. Many Polearm users, such as Hu Tao, Cyno, and Raiden Shogun, may benefit from Dragon's Bane. Moonlight by Xiphos is a fantastic sword for Kazuha, however it only appears on weapon banners. Moonlight by Xiphos is a respectable substitute for Key of Khaj-Nisut for Nilou if you happen to miss it.
