Disney Lorcana is a Trading Card Game that has some amazing cards. It gives fresh life to the Disney films and series that so many of us grew up watching in a physical sense. Although some players found the game difficult to play at first, it gets better with each new set, the most recent of which will be Shimmering Skies.
The next set, which includes Disney names making their TCG appearance for the first time, will be available on August 9, 2024. Players should be able to construct new decks or switch out existing ones with the set, which should change up the established meta that they are used to. Players, myself included, are especially thrilled about the inclusion of Wreck-It Ralph, so when Ravensburger contacted us to ask if we'd like to exclusively showcase six new cards from the next set, I immediately said yes.
Six brand-new, limited-edition Disney Lorcana: Shimmering Skies cards
Below, I've included every new and occasionally delicious Disney Lorcana: Shimmering Skies card that we have access to. Similar to Magic: The Gathering sets, new cards have the potential to drastically alter the course of play, but they may also go unutilized until a more advantageous card becomes available. Look through the available cards below to see if you can locate a card that you can use with any deck you choose.
Storyborn's Fix-It Felix, Jr. (Trusy Builder)
A 2/4 Storyborn Hero with a bodyguard is Fix-It Felix, Jr. This implies that if your opponent wishes to challenge one of your characters, he will have to be chosen as the target. When compared to some characters, he is quite powerful. For instance, Baloo is a 0/3, so if you want some protection, you shouldn't be afraid to play it.
Floodborn - Fix-It Felix, Jr.

He has Shift, just like other Floodborn characters, thus playing him on top of your Storyborn or another Fix-It Felix, Jr. game will cost you less. Considering that the Floodborn edition gives you two more pieces of armor for your locations, this is a terrific method to develop your board. Due to their mutual advantages, I can see a lot of play with this card and the one above it.
Storyborn's Fix-It Felix, Jr. (Happy Sightseer)
Picture courtesy of RavensburgerThe final version of Fix-It Felix, Jr. that I have to showcase is this Delighted Sightseer version of him. Although it is just 1/3 powerful, if you play it while you have a location, you may use its ability to draw a card. When combined with the Floodborn version, you may be able to replenish your hand and advance through the game somewhat more quickly than usual.
Ralph Wreck-It - Storyborn
Picture courtesy of RavensburgerOne of the strongest 6/7 Stroyborn heroes is Wreck-It Ralph. When you play him, you may use his ability, I've Got The Coolest Friend, to bring a character card back from your discard pile to your hand. Should the card depict a Princess figure, Vannlope, for instanceYou get two lore. This ability is not only perfect for Ralph, but it's also a terrific method to replay and retrieve cards from your discard pile. To help support your board, this plan undoubtedly requires a few more cards, but I immediately see the beginnings of an intriguing cycle.Location of Sugar Rush Speedway (

Sugar Rush Speedway might potentially be Disney Lorcana is the tastiest place to visit to date. After a character has been played, you may relocate them for free by giving them one point of damage. I can imagine it being very helpful in a pitch against opponents looking to methodically eliminate each of your spots one at a time.
Storyborn Villain King Candy

A delicious 2/2 Storyborn Villain, King, and Racer, King Candy is. As a result, he now aligns with every other Racer card in Shimmering Skies. Despite his lack of ability, you could still want to include this card in your deck if you want to construct a villainous deck.

This Floodborn rendition of King Candy is my favorite. Play the Storyborn form of this monster to save money on playing the stronger 3/3 Villain, King, and Racer with Shift. When you play it, you may use its ability, Changing the Code, to draw two cards and then place a card from your hand on the bottom of your deck. Although it seems more devious than it should, in the end, this will allow you to discard one card without it going out of play and pick up two new ones.
